About Nadine Coenen
I was born in Milwaukee, WI where I lived for a few years until my family moved to Sussex, WI. After completing Arrowhead High School I went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of WI-Milwaukee. I have served the older adult population, as well as children and families during my years as a practicing social worker. These years gave me a wide range in opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. I continue to use this knowledge to better serve my clients and really understand their needs and wants in the buying and selling process.
Beyond my work background I am passionate about my volunteer work. Since I was 16 years old I have always incorporated volunteer work into my life, as it gives me purpose. I have been fortunate enough to combine both my love of volunteerism and travel into some trips abroad working in orphanages, schools, and other engaging activities. My most recent volunteer work stems from helping out with various activities in the Village of Sussex, as I am on the Spooky Sussex committee. I am also a Village of Sussex Park and Recreation Board member. You'll also find me helping out the local Redeem & Restore Center's organization that services human trafficking victims.
Currently, I spend my free time completing home projects on my cabin in Northern WI. I also enjoy playing with my pug, Auggie, going hiking and biking, crafting, cooking and most recently I have taken up gardening! Do you have any green thumb tricks for me?!
I look forward to serving you in the process of buying or selling your or a family member's home, 2 family home, foreclosure, multi-family home, vacant lot, new construction, and answering any questions you have about the market!
